AI-powered document analysis in Giderly is an optional automatic reading feature offered as an auxiliary tool. This feature may suggest fields such as vendor, date, amount, tax information, description, and category from invoices, receipts, e-invoices, e-archive invoices, e-receipts, or similar documents.

This feature is not mandatory. Users may record, edit, and manage expenses and documents manually without using document analysis.

If you use AI-powered analysis, uploaded document images, PDF files, document text, and fields that may be extracted from documents, such as date, amount, vendor, tax number, receipt/invoice number, product/service descriptions, and similar data, may be processed for analysis.

Unless this feature is used, document contents are not sent to the AI service provider for analysis.

If you use AI-powered analysis, document contents and related technical data may be processed on the AI service provider's infrastructure outside Türkiye. This transfer is limited to automatic reading of document content, suggesting expense fields, and operating the service.

By accepting this text, you provide explicit consent for the personal data required for AI-powered document analysis to be processed and transferred on the AI service provider's infrastructure outside Türkiye.

Data generated by AI-powered analysis is an automatic suggestion. The user is responsible for reviewing, correcting when necessary, and approving expense records.

Giderly does not guarantee that AI outputs will always be complete, accurate, or compliant with applicable legislation.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time via info@giderly.com. Withdrawal applies to AI-powered analysis operations after the withdrawal date and may prevent us from providing this feature.

Withdrawing consent does not prevent you from creating manual expense and document records.
